History: After working for years in a law office and an engineering company, I had the opportunity to work in the automotive industry assisting in the roll out of the Toyota Signature Program. During that experience nearly 12 years ago, I recognized the opportunity that existed to provide dealership owners and dealer principals with honest and ethical service, comprehensive product lines, new and innovative solutions and superior customer support.
Experience: We have been honored to roll out some of the newest and most innovative products in the industry. Products such as tracking devices, bi-weekly payment programs, 3rd party financing services, Vehicle management and processing software, and many more state of the art products and services. These and more were first introduced by Premier Dealer Solutions long before other agencies were even aware of their existence because of our never ending vigilance to new product development.
Ethics: We pride ourselves on operating above the moral and ethical challenges that are constantly plaguing the industry and are recognized for being the agency that dealerships’ trust. Cases such as the call we received to go to Florida to review a very large Mercedes dealership to identify opportunities to help the dealership be more profitable. We were able to make recommendations on the products, F&I Training, Salesperson Training regarding the products that were offered and menu training that significantly increased their profitability.
Commitment to your community: We pride ourselves in giving back to the community that helped make us and our partner dealerships successful. We give to local causes that help those that need assistance when they most need it. We offer a partnership program to our dealerships that wish to participate, a program that donates a portion of each products proceeds to any non-profit program that they wish.
Our Future: We operate in one of the most supportive and honest atmospheres that anyone can offer. We operate in the support of the dealership being as profitable as possible, putting our interests second to theirs and the dealership’s customers. We are expanding each year with new agents, new territories and new products being offered to us by service providers because of our commitment to honesty and hard work.
